According to the North Buton Regency Public Works and SpatialPlanning Agency in Central Statistics (2020), NorthButon area there are still many roads that slightlydamaged or heavily damaged, road damage is a very complexproblem. The losses impacts suffered enormous for roadusers, while mapping research, especially on conditions,are lacking attention. Recognizing need information onroad can display condition of provincial inNorth Regency, system will be displayedin form digital map based Geographical InformationSystem (GIS) more effective providing visualization roaddamage data, conditions reports damage,especially Regency.The research objectives are: (1) To analyze level toprovincial Regency. (2) Knowing WEBbased
 Information System Damage ProvincialRoads results analysis discussion carried out resulted thelevel Provincial Roads Regencyusing PCI (method Pavement Condition Index)along 12 km whichis divided per 300 meters into 40 segments. With average valueof 65 condition(Good)and then with geographic informationsystem WEB, data showed weathering ofthe surface as much 31%, hole 39%, Cracksextends 4%, Weathering granules off 13% ,Block crack by 2%, Bleeding 9% Amblast 2%.
